What is Tai Chi?
Tai Chi (Tai Chi Chuan) is an ancient Chinese martial art that is practiced today for its health benefits, relaxation, and mindfulness. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi helps to improve balance, flexibility, and overall well-being.
