New to Tai Chi?

You’re very welcome to join at any time. The classes run on a rolling basis, so people may be at slightly different stages, but beginners are always guided through the fundamentals and encouraged to work at their own pace.

There’s no need to “catch up” before attending, just come along and join in. Most people find they settle in naturally after a few sessions.

If you’d like a bit of extra help, or prefer to build confidence more quickly, one-to-one sessions are also available.

Private lessons

Private lessons are available either on my outside Tai Chi deck or in the comfort of your home (with adequate space).
