Come and try Tai Chi and Qigong.
My regular Tai Chi and Qigong classes take place in Bearsted, Boughton Monchelsea and Stockbury, near Maidstone. Classes are friendly and welcoming, and beginners are always welcome. There is no need to book a course or commit to a block of classes — you can simply pay as you go.

What should I wear?
There is no special clothing required for Tai Chi or Qigong. Just wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. I personally prefer to practise in socks, but there is absolutely no expectation for you to do the same — comfortable trainers or other suitable footwear are perfectly fine.
New to Tai Chi or Qigong?
Don’t worry if you have never tried either before. Beginners are welcome and you don’t need to be particularly fit, flexible or coordinated to start. Come along, join in with what feels comfortable and gradually build from there.
Private tuition
Private tuition is also available if you would prefer some individual help or would like to explore particular aspects of your Tai Chi or Qigong. Sessions can take place on my outdoor Tai Chi deck or in your own home where there is enough space.
Interested in coming along?
Have a question, want to check the current price, or simply want to let me know you’re thinking of coming along? You’re very welcome to get in touch.
Gallery
Photographs from the classes, Qigong outdoors, and charcoal drawings made while the class was practising.
